30-Day Returns

You have 30 days from delivery to return your mask.

To be eligible for a return under this policy, the item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition and packaging.

How to Initiate a Return:

1. Contact Us: Please email us at info@miyego.lt within 30 days of delivery. Include your order number and the reason for the return.
2. Receive Instructions: We will provide you with the return shipping address and any necessary instructions.
3. Ship the Item: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a tracked service, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged return shipments.

Refunds:

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. The refund will cover the cost of the product and the standard outbound shipping fee.

Defective or Damaged Items:

If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately at info@miyego.lt with your order number and photos of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or a full refund, including all shipping costs.
